XYZ Multipurpose Micro-Positioners (MMP) are a small foot print and rigid translation stages with many unique Features. Their small foot print sizes enable placement of many units around a device under test (DUT). MMP550 and MMP650‘s (vacuum compatible) robustness enables heavy loads handling; can stack MMPs and even place loads on Z plates which is resistant to downward forces. The high strength ball bearings made according to DIN 5401 / Grade 15 of 100 Cr6 material, ensures precise XYZ linear motion and contributes to its robustness. In addition to its higher travel range, MMP accommodates all standard probing measurements: DC, AC, HF, RF and optical testing.
The MMP450 is a lower cost version of the MMP550. Precise XYZ linear V-Sliding motion.
50 TPI (standard) or 80 / 100 TPI (optional) XYZ screw resolution and also accommodates all standard probing measurements.
