The 550 series XYZ Multipurpose Micro-Positioner (MMP) is a small foot print and rigid translation stage with many unique features.

Its small foot print size enables placement of many units around test sites. Its robustness enables it to handle heavy loads; can stack MMPs and even place loads on Z plate which is resistant to downward force. The high strength ball bearings made according to DIN 5401 / Grade 15 of 100 Cr6 material, contribute to its robustness and ensures precise linear motion.

In addition to its higher travel range, MMP550 accommodates all standard probing measurements: DC, HF, RF and optical testing.
